Quadrant logo desing for Lando Norris helmet
Description
When there is an opportunity, I take it. So when Lando announced that he wants us, his fans, to create a design for the Quadrant part of his helmet for Singapore GP 2023, I grabbed my tablet and started to work.
I knew exactly what the main theme would be – the Singapore chandelier that was made in the Czech Republic, which is my homeland. I took it as a bit of my legacy and decided to incorporate it into two parts of the Quadrant logo.
Next, I wanted to capture the atmosphere of the Singapore GP, which is a night race with shining lights under the sky.
The last part is all about Lando being a sassy Scorpio and also British.
I have no idea yet whether my design will be selected because I have seen so many excellent designs on the internet with the hashtag #QUADhelmet. But when it comes to Formula 1, Lando Norris, and creating something, I couldn’t let this opportunity slip through my fingers.
For me personally, there is a little story behind this design for his helmet, even if it’s just a small part of the Quadrant logo. That is why I enjoyed creating this so much.
